Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines.

30-Day Returns

We will gladly accept eligible returns received within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is:

• In its original, unused, and resalable condition
• Unopened, when applicable
• In the original packaging
• Returned with all original tags and accessories intact

All returned merchandise is carefully inspected before a refund is issued.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 10% to 50% may be deducted from your refund depending on the condition in which the merchandise is received.

The restocking fee helps offset some of the labor, administrative, shipping, inspection, and repackaging costs associated with returned merchandise.

In most cases, we will waive the restocking fee when you exchange an eligible item for another item of equal or greater value, provided the returned item is received in resalable condition.

Returns After 30 Days

Occasionally, we may accept a return after the standard 30-day return period on a case-by-case basis. Approved late returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.

If an item is received damaged, used, or without its original packaging, tags, or accessories, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply.

Return Shipping

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If we shipped an incorrect item and have confirmed that the error was ours, please contact us before returning the merchandise. Once the return is approved, we will credit the return shipping charges.

Please ship returns using the most economical shipping method available and pack the merchandise carefully to prevent damage during transit.

We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and shipping insurance, particularly for items valued at $75 or more. Occasion Gallery is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while being returned to us.
