Refund Policy

We will gladly accept a return when received in original condition, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact within the 30 day period from original purchase date.  Please note that we may charge a restocking fee based on the condition an item is received which can be anywhere from 15% up to 50%.  Items are carefully evaluated prior to a refund being issued.   The restocking fee helps recover some of our labor, administrative, and shipping and repacking material costs due to returned merchandise.  We will normally waive the restocking fee if exchanging for another item of equal or higher value as long as it is returned in resell condition.  All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise noted.Occasionally, we will accept a return past the normal 30 day return window on a case by case basis.  As such, we may charge a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price.  However, if item is received damaged or not in original condition or packaging, we will charge a 50% restocking fee.If an item was shipped to you in error and we have confirmed it was our error, please return and we will credit you the return freight charges.Please return items in the most economical way, packed carefully to avoid damage in transit.  Paying for tracking and insurance is highly recommended, especially if an item is valued at $75 or more.If you have any questions regarding your return, please either e-mail us at sales@occasiongallery.com or call us direct at 818-621-0984.
