Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Occasion Gallery accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Returns in original, resalable condition:
A full refund of the merchandise purchase price will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items that are opened, used, damaged, or missing original packaging or tags:
A restocking fee of up to 20% may be deducted from the refund based on the condition of the merchandise. Items returned in an unsellable condition may not qualify for a refund. If an item is not eligible for a refund, we may offer to return the merchandise to you at your expense.
Return shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item is defective.
If we shipped the wrong item or otherwise made an error with your order, please contact us before returning the merchandise. Once the error is confirmed, we will provide instructions for the return and credit the applicable return shipping charges.
Late returns:
Returns requested after the 30-day return period may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please package returned merchandise carefully to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance, particularly for merchandise valued at $75 or more. Occasion Gallery is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while being returned to us.
All returned merchandise is carefully inspected before a refund is issued. Refunds are processed to the original payment method after the return has been received and evaluated.
