Shipping policy

We need a couple of days to prepare and ship the ordered items. We process orders every day at 12:00 PM PST. All orders entered after that time will be processed the next day.   For personalized items, we need 10-12 days. If an item is out of stock and you are able to place an order, we will provide  you with a lead time after order is placed.  Each item has different lead time depending on the source and manufacturing process.

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight/size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

1. Select Proceed to Checkout
2. Select or add your shipping address
3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
4. Select a payment method and select Continue

The total shipping & handling cost will be listed under Order Summary
